eclips编辑struts-config.xml时速度非常慢.

打开struts-config.xml文件，发现有如下内容：

"http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_3.dtd">

在网上查，xml文件的结构需要到网站上去验证，就是根据http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_3.dtd这个来验证的，本机可以上网，但是登陆http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_3.dtd非常慢，故考虑是网速的影响的，所以把该文件下载后，放到本地局域网内一个可以访问的网址上：http://10.0.0.1/validate/struts-config_1_3.dtd，然后把struts-config.xml中的"http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_3.dtd">替换为"http://10.0.0.1/validate/struts-config_1_3.dtd"，再修改struts-config.xml，速度就快了，问题解决。
